Soy wax is eco-friendly, it burns cooler and longer than paraffin wax, and it produces less soot than paraffin wax candles which helps provide a better air quality in your home.

If you read nothing else on your candle care card, read this: TRIM YOUR WICK. Wooden wicks are beautiful and the crackling sound is so cozy, but they are also a little temperamental. If you are finding that your wooden wick isn’t staying lit, it is likely because it needs trimmed. Keep your wooden wick around ⅛” for every burn.

We try our best to ship your order out within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. After the 3-day period we will not grant any returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the items show signs of use, such as wear and tear, within the 3-day period, we will not grant returns, exchanges, or refunds.

When notifying us of an issue, please supply images of the product. Once damage or defectiveness is verified by photo, we will require the item to be shipped back to the original sending address before refunds will be granted.
